Our jamón de Cebo ibérico 50% raza ibérica is crafted from the offspring of 100% Black Iberian sows and carefully selected Duroc males, raised in a safe, comfortable space for them to grow and develop on our farms. They are fed the best natural grain and feed and the result is this Cebo Iberico ham 50% Black Iberian, perfect for every day in any home and on any table. Finished in natural cellars, it has the characteristic texture and delicious flavours, with balanced sweetness and saltiness.
