• Ingredients: Pork shoulder loin, salt, sugar, spices, antioxidants (E-301, E-316), paprika and preservatives (E-252, E-250). GLUTEN-FREE, SOYA-FREE, LACTOSE-FREE. Artificial casing (remove before eating).
• Weight: Whole piece between 1.3 kg and 1.4 kg approximately. Halves are between 0.6 kg and 0.7 kg.
Product made of Gran Reserva Duroc pork loin from shoulder with the best paprika and natural spices. Soft texture with a range of flavours and aromas reminiscent of the cellar where the Gran Reserva Duroc pork loin from shoulder was slowly aged to perfection.
