• Ingredients: Lomo Duroc, salt, spices, paprika, sugar, pork protein, preservatives (E-252, E-250) and antioxidants (E-301, E-316). GLUTEN-FREE, SOYA-FREE, LACTOSE-FREE. Synthetic casings.
• Weight: Whole piece between 1.3 kg and 1.6 kg approximately. Halves are between 0.65 kg and 0.8 kg approximately.
Our lomo Duroc is crafted from the prime cut of pork and made with the best paprika and natural spices. Soft texture with a range of flavours and aromas reminiscent of the cellar where it was slowly aged to perfection.

SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS:
• Colour: Rosy, red, marbled.
• External appearance: Firm, compact consistency, more or less regular cylindrical or slightly flattened shape, more than 40 millimetres in diameter, long, casing adhered along the whole surface, may have some bloom on the outside typical of this sort of product.
• Appearance when cut: Firm, marbled, tight.
• Texture: Uniform, smooth.
• Smell and taste: Pleasant, characteristic.
