From the offspring of 100% Black Iberian sows and exquisitely selected Duroc males, this product is a delight for all your senses. Pink colouring and smooth, soft texture, each slice melts in your mouth with a lovely, subtle sweetness and just the right amount of salt for the perfect balance.
Hand cut in thin slices, this product is perfect for eating immediately after resting at room temperature for a few minutes.
