• Weight: Whole piece between 1.1 kg and 1.3 kg approximately. Halves are between 0.55 kg and 0.65 kg. approximately.

SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS:
• Colour: Red - Rosy, red, marbled.
• External appearance: Firm, compact consistency, more or less regular cylindrical or slightly flattened shape, more than 40 millimetres in diameter, long, casing adhered along the whole surface, may have some bloom on the outside typical of this sort of product.
• Appearance when cut: Firm, marbled, tight.
• Texture: Uniform, smooth.
• Smell and taste: Pleasant, characteristic.
