Acorn-fed Iberico ham from 50% Black Iberian pigs is made from animals born and bred in the unique, traditional Dehesa pasturelands of Spain. From the offspring of 100% Black Iberian sows and exquisitely selected Duroc males, this product is a delight for all your senses. Pink colouring and smooth, soft texture, each slice melts in your mouth with a lovely, subtle sweetness and just the right amount of salt for the perfect balance.
